Ready for a flavorful and easy slow cooker meal that’s good for any day of the week? Then look no further than this slow cooker butternut squash chicken recipe. We love this meal most during the fall and winter months, but don’t let that stop you from making it at other times, too.

Slow cooker meals are great when you don’t want to spend a lot of time at the stove or meal prepping. I particularly like to use slow cooker recipes that do not involve any prep work, like browning or searing, first. This is a perfect example of that. Just put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker, set it, and then it’s ready. If you’re looking for a slow cooker – we like this one, especially since it has a warm feature.
